Besides insurance you need a truck of some kind to haul the trash, rakes, scoops, shovels, dust pans, heavy trash bags, gloves, masks, a dump or landfill to haul the trash to.

He says to make sure your contractor knows the proper way of getting rid of it (i.e. wearing a gas mask, keeping dust levels down, etc.)

So my suggestion is to focus on finding tenants whose vouchers will cover 100% of your rent.Also regarding character of the tenants: it's a mixed bag of good and bad.

Sure you are going to make more money, but we are ok with that.We we gone before the dust settled.

AND THAT REMARK OF THE BAG OF CLOTHES HE CLAIMED SMELEED OF DEATH, WELL GUESS WHAT THE FORMER TENANTS THAT LIVED THERE DID PASS AWAY THIS YEAR, KEEP THOSE REMARKS TO YOURSELF AND BUILD THE WAY YOU SAY!
