I do agree that the sales copy that my partners on the education side put together seems like the typical push/promotion, which doesn't resonate very well with me..

I was considering going into real estate investing because I would like to cut out the middle man ( the broker that is) lol and have some diversity with my license, not just helping people buy and sell houses.

I'd never trust the figures of a promoter and do my own calculations.

Our products are also very diverse with over 80 investors.

I have been through numerous CRM reviews but many seem to be affiliate/promotions in disguise or at least lack objective comparative context. 

It helps to keep us and clients organized while they search a diverse and complex real estate asset market.
