I am young but discipline will not be an issue.  

I'd like to have a few disciplines (architecture, finance, lenders, engineers, brokers, etc.) in the space; hopefully create an environment where everyone feeds of one another.  

You have to be very good at operational growth and disciplined.

For example, I had several questions about discipline and the last two possible answers came down to whether the FREC "could" or "would".

They fail to understand that motivation itself is a near worthless, fleeting emotion, especially compared to making the effort to form good-habits and discipline combined with gumption. 

I'm pretty much looking to master all of the disciplines of real estate investing such as wholesaling, fixing and flipping, long term holds, and rental properties so any information that would help me get the ball rolling in some direction would be very much appreciated.

Not forever, but just to see if you have the discipline for this job (if you do not think it is a job you have been mislead)  THEN, let them know you have some money you would like to invest with them.  

I’m sure it can be done with enough motivation and discipline, but the lawyer side of things simply doesn’t provide that enthusiasm for me.
