I would have supported Bush's decision to invade any country that discernibly had nuclear capabilities (not just raw materials) and that was not cooperating with U.N. investigations.

In my opoinon this asset protection for newbies is no better than the gurus selling the how to do it class's.. the reality is if you do not have substantial assets that are liquid or have very discernible equity you have little or no risk of losing them..

Where do we want this to go, we're not exactly sure yet, honestly, but we know we are going to be discerning investors almost over-evaluating opportunities to make sure they meet our personal criteria should we go this route.  

You just have to be able to discern the appropriate ones that you feel comfortable working with and that can be as easy as how questions are asked and answered over the negotiating table.

Discern the skills and experience you already have that are transferable to the type of real estate investing that interests you.

Yea from my experience the banks really don't discern what type of rental it is.
