It's a home with about 11 acres of land in the desert. 

But I live in the desert and the only trees I like are Palm trees.

We're on our second rehab in a desert (ground is dirt & sand not grass) and there's got to be a more time efficient way to "clean up the dirt" then me crawling around on my hands and knees sifting through sand for 2 weeks.Please tell me all your hacks for 'cleaning up the dirt'! 

LA may be different than Oakland or San Jose, it's the desert down there.
