He's already shown his colors.

The idea of someone not buying a home because the paint color was wrong just got under his skin.  

I would approve of the new carpet, blinds and colors before the work is started.

If food / fast food / drive thru - the brand needs to go dark and buy out of lease or file's BK - is there a replacement brand waiting in the wings.  

Why don't you give a few of the local retailers a call and ask to see if they have any used fridges for the dimensions/ color you are looking for?

Unit B is fine but unit A was the one lived in by the previous owner.About 400SF of space, which included the entrance foyer and the kitchen, requires some "tweaking".The owner has lined the walls from floor to ceiling with dark wood panels with some elaborate trims.To the right, you can see a bar. 

This is because you as the investor/buyer gives them a way out of the dark place they are in (i.e. foreclosure, the verge of bankruptcy).

I'm thinking something dark because the counter tops are light. 

i got a large 3 page brochure from one company, it had good color & gave examples of their recent properties & quotes from clients as well.

I got a full set of nearly new kitchen appliances from someone in an upscale neighborhood who just wanted a different color for $500.
