If you've got to pick a yellow for a kitchen... or a laundry room or darker hallway-space  then my favorite yellows are Montgomery White, Philadelphia Cream,  Monterrey White, and Hepplewhite ivory. 

The wall paint is Behr Hazelnut Cream, I've used it for about 6 years on every rental.

Our last complete reglazing did last 2 years then started to fail esp around the base of some bottles & shaving cream cans etc on the tub edges.

@Jordan Hamilton You've gotten cream of the crop contributors to respond, so I'll be content with adding a laymen's perspective (I've also partnered with family to buy $1M-2M multifamily, and done both "we'll split it 50/50" and "preferred return + promote" structure). 

Its just a different flavor of ice cream really, depends on the preferences.Instead of structuring policys to get maximium death benefit which emphasizes benefits at death, this strategy is to focus on the living benefits while you're alive (cash value accumulation).

Stick with whites and creams.
