Wholesaling in the Bay Area

Hi, I'm a newbie and want to start wholesaling. I live in San Ramon, CA and the area I live in is affluent so no real wholesale opportunities immediately around me. I need to branch out a little farther away from my residence and wanted to get anyone's suggestion on which markets in the Bay Area (Northern California) to look into for wholesaling? Thanks so much!

When that's not your market, as it isn't for you looking at Sacramento or the Bay Area, suck it up and get your license... only requires an IQ of potato to get licensed, no reason not to.

A potato with sour cream and butter, please..
