I’m focusing on Lake County and perhaps Northern Cook county as well.

I am a bit of a pizza snob and when I am in a new place I look for a good spot and if its rated 4.7% with 5 star after 5 star review and I see a random 1 star review saying the food was terrible, do you think I let that discredit all of the raving reviews before and after it? 

.🌱 Whether it's painting, hiking, cooking, or playing an instrument, hobbies give us a chance to relax, get creative, and just feel good.🧘‍♀️ And here's the kicker: hobbies are like natural stress-relievers.

This is a state law, so it doesn't matter where you are in Chicago, suburban Cook, etc.

Remember... contracts are always negotiable, but you both have people to pay and food to put on the table.

Unfortunately, with our financial situation (we are essentially broke and need money like now for medicine, food, etc), hence us being so eager to sell, even for below market value… so turning it back into an AirBnB wouldn’t work for us.We wish this sale hadn’t fallen through.

This will help my guys with cheap food.
