We got a really good home inspector to go through them with a fine-tooth comb, and they're all in relatively good condition (no major expenses anticipated in the next 3 years).  

My current Lawyer that I used to help me draft my lease agreement for my first property has some real estate experience with lease agreements and tenant disputes, but I am looking for a lawyer to help comb over my LLC that was created and to further my investing strategy to ensure I am as protected as I can be. 

All these things needed to be considered and then weighted out against your strategy (and by the way, prices like that do exist in that neighborhood).If you've been looking at for sale places for months on the RMLS then start also combing the rental market on Zillow or Craigslist to see what places are renting for with price per square foot and condition being the main aspects.

I will work on getting connected with more wholesalers to be able to have more possible deals to comb through.

In a c or d class area In the northeast When the tenant gets a 350$ electric bill around the holidays you can bet they will be combing the classifieds for another place . 

The auction is mid year so for about 30 days after the auction I’m combing through the liens held by the county.

They combed through our properties and picked out several that they liked and wanted in the refinance.
