Hello,

I’m new to real estate and very interested in getting my first deal. I’m trying to read to educate myself. How can you tell what sources are credible and worth reading and which are just trying to sell me something?

Also any book/podcast/other recommendations completely welcome!

Hey @Heather Combs!

I'd highly recommend reading all of BP's books. I'd also recommend some of Robert Kiyosaki's books.

A couple of podcasts:
- Get Rich Education
- Cashflow Ninja
- Passive Real Estate Investing with Marco Santarelli
