I dont think its a deal breaker but they will need to be replaced eventually.

Left holes in the ceiling for recessed cans but no way of getting a circuit to them without tearing out perfectly good now repaired painted/drywall???

I forgot to mention that if they speak spanish it would be preferred,  not a deal breaker, though.  

They'd like to view the breaker box, electrical service line from the pole, front of house, rear of the house. 

If you are able to supply the new boxes and breakers and just pay for labor, $100/hour 8-12 hours(journeyman plus helper).

You probably know this already but just for the sake of anyone reading this thread who doesn't... regarding electrical: that 70A panel will need to be replaced, especially if it's Federal Pacific Electric (FPE) , Zinsco, GTE-Sylvania, Westinghouse, or contains any stab-loc breakers (usually with with red stickers) which fail to trip and are prone to starting fires. 70A is not enough for modern power consumption as it is, 100A is now the minimum per code, or even better upgrade to 150A or even 200A service since you have AC.

I had them upgraded to breaker panels shortly after I moved in.
