Sometimes a black hole passes through and devours a room.

The wife swore she saw 3 cats (all black) & after finishing the repairs she spent an hour searching for the 3rd cat.

We love pretty much everything within a half-hour drive of Asheville and are partial to Woodfin, Mars Hill, Marshall and Black Mountain. 

With architect/engineer drawings, it is black and white.  

Any idiot is free to take their life savings to Las Vegas and put it on black, but if and educated professional who makes $150k a year wants to invest $20k in a private placement may not be qualified.

Nonetheless, this may just be a necessary correction of course given the black swan event proceeding the GFC causing unrealistic unexpections.
