Hi Kwok,From my experience, it's really common to have to expand your search for comps, either by looking for more than 6 months back or by going more than a mile out.

Then it is going to be a tsunami of sellers and a bunch of idiots on the news crying that they got ripped off by much smarter people who at some point will decide they've made enough money off the commoners that it is time to dump it.

The detectors simply need a common wire such that one goes of, all go off. 

The most common reasons I come across are: the owner died, can't find heirs.
