Furnish and install brushed nickel passage set at closet and privacy set at door to hall.

Contemporary can play oil rubbed, but brushed nickle is a more expected finish.High-end appliances...all stainless...commercial grade, gas cooktop - think Viking or Wolf.  

I intend to owner occupy this 4-flat and want to reduce the hassle of brushing snow off my car every day in the winter. 

I also change all the light fixtures to brushed nickel flush mount lights (Home Depot 2 pack 22 bucks), change all outlets, switches and plate covers to white, replace old and mismatched carpet and put mini-blinds in all windows. 

I did real wood white shaker with brushed nickel hardware. 

Change out the interior door knobs with new ones that have the brushed nickel finish.Also, your dishwasher drain line needs a high loop.

Also replaced all knobs, hinges, and hardware to brushed matte black.

The weeds are now brush that touch the eaves.

In fact by the time dinner was over I had a nice list.I got up the next morning and went to the local building supply, got a quart of paint, a bucket, some cleaner, a brush and a garden hose.

Change them or at least paint them with the brushes nickel or oil rubbed bronze spray paint you can get in a can
