Really simple Put the park in an LLCYou tell the on-site manager that if and when you do personally show up dress down and show up as a maintenance guy or something or even a prospective tenant of the park, survey what you need and get he info you need and leave.

Mom would go to off-site adult daycare from 8:00-2:00 on weekdays and would have a personal care professional come in in the morning for shower/getting dressed as well as after 2:00 for a few hours.
