As for intentional flooding, not sure that is the correct phrase but it was a conscious decision that was made by officials to release water from dams and levy's.

There are a lot of companies that are licensed and simply run a coordination business when it comes to PM.If they have competent people on staff they should be able to change out a faucet at an hourly rate + materials.The fuel surcharges, $85 minimum, etc... is just too many dam fees.If they do have maintenance techs on staff... they really marked this one up.
