I would stick to vacation areas that thrive off of tourism and welcome STRs year round.

You'll need to have conversations with them as they don't always advertise owner finance.

If you feel you have done everything to advertise the property, then it is a price issue.The 1.5 car might be a deal breaker if the comps have a full 2-car garage.
