Is it discrimination of any sort if I say no more than 2 adults and 2 children?

Anyway, that another forum topic...Regardless of where you stand on the issue, there's little doubt that our current government is harvesting a large healthy crop of young adults with a solid "entitlement" mentality.

Kids are only kids for so long and obviously that should be cherished, but running around the yard playing games doesn't teach much of a life lesson and we all spend way more time as adults.

Several western states (not CA yet) are willing to pay housing costs of special needs adults and seniors who need assisted care to home care providers.

Why not go after the young adult buyers (and/or their parents)?

A 17 year old could go stay with Aunt Nina and at 17 they could become emancipated to become an adult with consent.

I require an application from each adult, so yes, I'd screen the wife, too.

I think there will be a boom in assisted living units as baby boomers grow older (a recent topic of "Adult Homes" lol).

Yeah, it's only 20% of the adult population of your state you're missing out on.

The adults in the home were both very successsful PhD's.
