3 day workshop for a "mere" $2,000, which I've heard is just another sales pitch for a bus tour of Armando's magical hot spots @ 30k-50k admission.

Unlike the SFH gurus I think training is more worth the price of admission for large MFH due to the 10x factor.

Relationships that I've developed at these events and mentoring, not including the facilitators themselves, have been worth the "price of admission".  

If you cannot have a competitive advantage anywhere at all then by that individual's own admission they themselves shouldn't be in real estate whatsoever because it's pointless to try and compete. 

I just know it's going to be a PITA to have transcripts sent over, etc for admissions.
