Aloha everyone,I've been searching for MF properties in Las Vegas for a little while now and have noticed how quickly places are going under contract.

Our area in Vegas does not allow airbnb or "short-term" rentals, although this appears to mean 30 days or less.

I refinanced back in 2016 and took out 35k to do a flip in Las Vegas which did pretty well which left me with 60k in the bank and 120k loan.

If Wildwood would have gone as planned I would have Penn Valley as my location not Oregon and Vegas  :)  Anyway carry on..

I have a rental property in Las Vegas that is under LLC (newly formed LLC), Am I obligated to inform the  Mortgage company about this?

So I may go to the one in Las Vegas later this year.
