If you are posting a question on BP Forums, it's usually because you want answers from those experienced with the issue you are inquiring about.What many don't think about when posting is that many members do not come on and scroll the forums and participate every day.

@Jay HinrichsGo to forums, forum categories, scroll down to your subcategoryMaybe the Miami section should just be reclassified as South Florida or Miami/Keys to increase the traffic.

You may want to hover over the Forums tab ... click Forum Categories.... then scroll all the way down to "Local Real Estate" in Black bold letters...
