Still hard to find.I would warn you though, so many overpriced "deals" around here are sellers waiting on "california money"  (Out of market players who will accept ridiculously low returns, or no returns, or buy crap neighborhoods with no hope of appreciation).This 10 year run in us real estate is a by product of artificially low interest rates, so we are not sure if it is real!

we had about 50 million out and that was 250 investors.pretty sure you will find like kind companies in your state no problemthen just look at loans they present you and make sure they make sense.DONT do this with NEWBIES or people hitting you on the internet talking a great game.. you need to belly to belly and make sure your aligning with top shelf experienced players

Hudson, Auction.com, Xome, HudHomeStore.com, RealtyBid, Hubzu, etc.But there are always bigger players like us that get access to them before they are listed anywhere, so you're picking through leftovers via any of these methods.For the most part, "listed REOs" is a dead market being bid up by every newbie so there aren't many deals to be found there.
