I know I need a perk test and a survey, but the land owner would like an assessment of how much and the time frame.

You should have done a sensitivity test on all of the points above.  

I put three prong outlets in and tested them but the failed.

Off the cuff, FHA can be difficult with appraisals, sellers willingness, self-sufficiency test, life time PMI, & FHA premium.

Based on only the facts and circumstances listed above and if it meets the 2 out of 5 year test, it will be considered under the $250,000 income threshold and non-taxable.

I just wanted to get some insight on how common it is to request mold tests prior to purchasing a property and testing for mold with long term buy and holds in this climate.Thank you in advance!
