Demand on the housing market is driven by demographics, in our present sencario and for the next years this is millennials.We have about 300,000 millennials in Milwaukee (150k as couples), the oldest 38 years, sick of renting and not wanting to move back in with mom and dad.

Another big part of the demand surge has come from millennials who are entering their 30s and have accelerated plans to buy because of the pandemic.

Our 2 highest paying millennial tenants have both indicated that they plan to stay a couple more years & they are both OK with the 5% increase due Jan 1st 2021.
