Not sure what part of the country you are in, but you may have to contend with straps too if you are in the south.

Although I'm best known as a liquidity guy in California's probate legal community, I'll comment as both a lender and from my early days as a cash-strapped real estate investor.Here's the question that needs to be asked about any kind of debt: "What's it's job?"

These checklists were on paper and strapped to my knee and covered everything from starting the engine, putting out a cockpit fire, to ditching the aircraft and jumping out to parachute to the ground.

Lastly, if on septic the system has to have previously qualified as those many bedrooms other wise you have to have  an engineer and testing company confirm it would be able to keep up with X number or bedrooms.amen, closet "requirement" comes from the realtors and not building code regulations. however, if you are selling a house, it is best to add one so you don't have to fight appraisers/realtors on what is and isn't considered a bedroom. you can strap that armoire to a wall, so it's not shifting around and probably call it good, but I'd run that by some experienced agents first.  

An example is I buy those Xtreme mats for under the kitchen sinks and they come with a small alarm that will go off if there is a leak, so I have a page  in the book that I printed off the website that explains how it works.Anything that is relevant to the house.

When I bought my first townhome, I was poor, strapped for cash, this was 15 years ago...The HOA decided to paint the exteriors and tripled the HOA fees for 3 months...My HOA went from 150 a month to 450 for three months...It was almost as much as my mortgage.  

There is no other laundry mat in this little town so I told them next time I hear about it, I'm pulling 'em out.
