But I think your going to see states slowly start to regulate this more as the guru's and sites like BP are creating so many who have no basic real estate knowledge and launch themselves out there as some sort of problem solvers for many folks primary asset.. 

Should be ready to launch in a month or so.

I bought my property back in 2012 just before the "Property Value Moon Launch" and I have noticed a few things going on that I wanted to discuss.Observation 1. 

Zillow for example has not managed to turn a profit yet since their launch in 2006, they are desperatly looking to add profit sources.

We have been getting multiple offers on our "launch weekends" and frequently getting above asking price from the bidding wars.

Loser was me with invested capital for one year and i could have made 19 percent parking in a S and P fund lol reality is this will never stop as long as people think the way to financial freedom Is rental properties at any cost with no context to risk,  and as soon as they get 20 to 50k in their jeans they launch.. they end up in this asset by default..and of course they simply have no clue as to the struggles of being a LL in low end rentals.. believe me if I thought I could make money at it in the long run I would never have sold the 350 homes I had.. easy to buy .. but just like a boat the happiest day in my life is when that escrow closed and I walked away..  

I am in the process of forming my LLC but I figured I should launch my marketing campaigns asap and not wait.

Ive been educating myself daily and taking steps to launch my business but I love to get multiple opinions and/or facts about the industry.
