Wholesale real estate NJ
Hi,
I’m an aspiring Wholesaler who resides in North NJ. Ive been educating myself daily and taking steps to launch my business but I love to get multiple opinions and/or facts about the industry. Knowing that it is completely legal (to sell a contract to an investor for a greater price point) in almost every state, is it possible to do deals multiple states? Of course keeping in mind, timing is everything with contracts and closing, laws and regulations but ultimately is it possible to get my hands on deals in other states if an investor is looking?
