Painting the trim white seems like the quickest, cheapest and easiest thing to do in regards to that.Other than that if your itching to sell a price reduction is the way to go.

Not sure how long it would last, I rent out my house in Richardson, TX and off we go (after responsibly finding jobs there first of course).The real estate itch grows stronger but SF is not the place to scratch that itch, at least not for me in 2014.
