What are your thoughts on flipping a mobile home?

This RV area is located on one end of the property where a mobile home used to be and is right off of the private road, but that area is very narrow and awkward so building there wasn't the goal. 

I am using a mobile app that tells me how much to save and which property to payoff.

You can also run the numbers with a mobile app called Clarem FI (www.getclarem.com) that can help you build the most optimal plan to deploy your cash.  

If it is, drill and replace the locks, post some no trespassing signs, and put up a few WiFi cameras connected to a mobile hotspot.

Hello, I'm looking at self storage/mobile home park.

I have done tons of sfh's mobile homes and even small apartment type houses but never a full complex.
