Just understand the risks are proportional to the rewards.   

It's not an easy business, but it's incredibly profitable and rewarding if done right. 

All great features and I'm sure there are many more, but I don't think you'll get rewarded for all of them. 

But moving in is 100% the best deal for you, the easiest and most rewarding.

This is typically how I approach my investing since I'm more in it for the long haul than short term rewards.

Consider your comfort level with managing several mortgages and the risk of vacancies vs a slower but potentially more rewarding path to ownership.

The risk/reward ratio does not seem worth it, there are other less risky places to park your money with better returns at the moment.Also, as someone pointed out, you didn’t account for property management.

It's a thrilling and rewarding world, but it can also be overwhelming for newcomers.

I was lucky and I survived and flourished but there were lots of times during where I thought I was screwed.While the reward was pretty great, the risk was huge, and I would definitely not do it again unless for some reason I really, really needed the money. 

This type of real estate comes with high risk and high reward.
