@Nathan M kieferI already get most of my bookings from Vrbo because I have true vacation rentals and not an "Airbnb" type property.So this will just make it less likely that I get many bookings from Airbnb, and I'm ok with that.

Or it may be surface water flowing from another lot, or surface water piling up from rain and not soaking into the soil, which may be some type of backfill they had dumped in at some point during the construction process to grade the lot higher than it was when they bought it.

If you do work with another agent, then I would look for an investor friendly agent with experience in these type of investments.

And at the end of the day, I would assume these are the types of investors you want to ultimately service, since they are more likely to be actual buyers and not just dreamers.

After doing this, I then run the property through Airdna.co and/or Mashvisor.com Both of these tools will give you projections of what type of rental rates, price per night, bookings, occupancy, seasonal variations, etc.

Also if this is a good strategy do DSTs offer this type of investment and if so any recommendations. 

Those are the types that have to worry about stuff like that.
