@Alvin L.Hi Alvin,The house was built In the late 60s, single family brick ranch, 3 bed 2 bath. you are correct carpet, paint, appliances, a ton of yard work, Basic maintenance on the existing HVAC, painted the cabinets, painted the outside, fixed some rotten trim outside, really a light rehab.
