Certain cities in the US (e.g. cities in the midwest and south) are much better for cash flow and other cities (e.g New York, LA, San Francisco) are more suitable for appreciation purposes.good luck!

We do use a polymer enhanced multipurpose thin set (MAPEI) when working with an uncoupling membranes - I'll check to see if it would be suitable over cork.

I would say to become an investor friendly agent you should invest your self. it will help you to understand the process of choosing properties that will cashflow or would be a suitable flip.
