Hey BP fam, I have a property that desperately needs a way out,The property has been on the market for a little bit, sellers just recently bought the property so they don’t have much equity. immediately I thought, subject too until I saw they had a 7.5% interest rate.

Chandler doesn't have much inventory in the way of 2-4-plexes as that area is a suburb of Phoenix and is almost exclusively single family residences,with apartment complexes sprinkled throughout the area.

Insurance wrote a check for much lower than what contractors were bidding for restoration/remodeling. 

I also let him know that I would need 3 months of bank statements showing deposits going into his account from the business.

I used to manage my own properties full time and never had much luck with FF or VRBO in this area, so I just stick to Airbnb.

This last tax season they both went all the way through the process with various properties and got minimal relief.
