Do you go all in at once or do you start to phase in?

Hey Meghan,I'm curious what the address is, I've done an ADU build here in Missoula, and I've just broken ground on a couple of backyard townhouses.

Anyone finding they cant get a project off the ground due to everyone having too much work plus price gouging?

I'm trying to envision how that would even work or what it would look like...Yes here 2 exits to the 'ground' are required so we were lucky to have the 2 stairways in place from days of old.

So, the first step is to ask if a phase 1 or phase 2 has ever been conducted.

Likely knowing they had no legal grounds to deny us.

I have multiple phases of my strategy coming together.

Many of these systems require scales of efficiency small DIY landlords can't afford, especially for Class B & C properties/tenants.Biggest issue you want to investigate if their "boots on the ground" for inspections, maintenance and showings.
