What makes cross-mods different?

It sounds like you're getting some sort of cross-colateralized HELOC on your other properties?

Of course you need to minimize cost w.r.t. performance, but it is a 2 curve graph where there is a point where the 2 lines cross for maximum efficiency.So, it is about effective marketing, not keeping it low.

It'll be even worse if you try to cross compare across areas and age ranges of homes because there is such variety here, especially in Riverside and Corona.

Sometimes these properties pop up in Hamilton as well (bordering Trenton). 

I know at best it’ll be a duplex that needs work and likely will border a rough neighborhood.
