This property is just to the NE of Orlando in Sanford, which is about a 30 min drive from where my parents live.But I am finally getting to the point where I don't have a "team" but do have enough of the key players identified to get things done with less need for me being there.On this one I found the property and talked to the realtor, who I will likely keep using if I need a realtor in that area or the East side of Orlando.My Mom did go look at the property and dropped off the EMD for me just to verify the general condition of the property.I have a contractor that did a major rehab on another property for me last year.

I have many others, but that deal was not the biggest or most profitable, but the most out of the box type with so many players and it's the most gratifying, there are a bunch of little kids playing out there now!

You must have a team player attitude and want to help others make money.We have systems in place for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, who are willing to roll up their sleeves, and put in the work.

I mean you in one paragraph called out Cody only to then back track.. as you found out he is a player..

Some to consider would be Marcus and Milichap, Argus, some other regional players.

But for now I'm doing my research and trying my best to ID the players and steer clear of the scammers.

If you're starting out, I wouldn't try going against the major league players.    

I'm going to try and meet with one or two if they'll share their time, and then send letters to the other big players around here telling them what we do. 

My real estate team works with a lot of investors in the area, and while the larger players GC the jobs themselves, I should be able to get you headed in the right direction.

A delay by one of the players causes delays elsewhere, and 2 weeks lost is hard to catch up.
