I've talked to soooo many people who I would consider otherwise intelligent that were so shell-shocked by the '08 mortgage crisis they swear they'll never put another dime into stocks, bonds, or real estate because they're all scams.

(Remember, just about everyone is related to someone and you never know who that someone may be, or a friend, our neighbor is a Circuit Court Judge, so don't think you can operate secretly in real estate).To justify bigger money (which most can't do besides scamming someone) is to identify changes in use and function, the utility of real property, a house might only be worth $400,000 there, but an office could be worth a $1,000,000.

Shut down FDIC (which is what Bush practically did) so banks can run at will, with very little oversight or supervision....the flip side is scamming bankers motivated by greed that will be paid for by all of us.
