Are you trying to promote your book/videos ?

If every guru promotes them, every newbie is doing them (probably badly) and you will get lumped in with them.I buy at Sheriff Sale and recently the foreclosed owner of one of my purchases said he stopped counting at 100 mailings received from investors trying to "help him".

Rob,I think some people use the site as a way to promote themselves and their businesses.

I would be happy to put a link on here to give it out to everyone if it is not considered self promotion.

Quest is always having promotions, and their training (via FB live, on their web page, plus live training events across the country) I don't think is matched by anyone else. 

He knew about business, legal issues, tax issues, marketing, sales, promotion, networking, and most importantly he knew about people (psychology).The first thing he did was tell me that I have two ears and one mouth, and I should listen more than I talk.Second thing he did was have me read "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie.Then he taught me how to set appointments was home sellers, go out to their home, and write up a letter of intent to purchase or lease.He said to me, "your job is to bring me potential home sellers will consider a creative offer."

Applied during a promotion where the bank paid all the upfront fees and waived the annual fee for the life of the loan. 

When you have a buyer, give them a list with your favorite mortgage broker at the top (you can even have the mortgage broker do promotional materials for you with both names on them, usually for no cost). 

Personally, I don't think it's going to play out like it's being promoted unless they move the public housing.
