My landlord at the time loved it, he was an investor and buying up houses at the time (2011-2015) he would often throw in little perks if my roommates and i did this upfront such as waving the one time pet ownership fee etc.The reason i did this ?

This year, I am working on taking better care of myself, getting better rest and eating better.Bonus points if you have a life partner or other roommate type person who will cook for you, bring you tea, remind you to take a break and keep the kids/pets/bill collectors off your butt.

When we list all units, we are very clear about the no pets policy, no exceptions.
