Is anyone doing medium-term rentals in Baton Rouge?

Transforming 8 medium size units to 18 small units, doubling the monthly return.

Wood or wood look will never go out of style, just go medium light and not too gray, red, golden,or distressed .

Money used to be a medium of exchange, a unit of account, a unit of deferred payment and a store of value.Now real estate doesn't fit three of these, but it does fit a store of value.

I just built a pool in FL and there are requirements around alarms, door & fence hardware heights, fences (heights and post widths), etc. 

I still like small to medium multifamily in our market IF you're willing to make investments in the property.

RIght now, the homeowner market is red hot so flipping is a good way to make some very nice medium-term profits.

I have only done long term rentals, but I know other investors doing short and medium term rentals (medium term generally renting to travel nurses at Johns Hopkins, University of Maryland Medical Center, Mercy Hospital, etc.).
