It is a dream of mine that I intend to pursue!

Many people will analyze and dream of doing their first deal but never take action. 

You may eventually find someone that let's you assist on some basic aspects of a deal or even just let's you ride along and watch over their shoulders, but you'll have a mutual understanding that your primary concern for now is completing your school work.I hope that helps, and my best advice for now is to pick a plan and stick with it, as it will likely take multiple years before you really see this dream come to fruition.

Just like before, but instead of an illegal 'chop shop,' it was a mostly legit business.He was referred to me by the head honcho at a local boutique real estate brokerage, where he was their "go to" plumber for all the properties they manage.I had to make him "get real" about his reported self employment income with the IRS in order to qualify for a mortgage.He now owns two investment properties and is working on saving up for his third, which he wants to be a MFR.IS THAT DUDE MR AMERICAN DREAM OR WHAT? 

You have to protect your dream and stay away from dead people as Les Brown calls them you know the one track minded dreamless drones that we all know once they see you are trying to create freedom and wealth they don't like it.

If you really want to realize your dreams, I suggest you get rid of this BS nostalgia right away.
