Without inflating the dollar, along with going to war, we wouldn't have air conditioning, refrigerators, food surplus, obesity, TV, the Internet, computers, cell phones, airplanes, aluminum foil, lasers, mass transportation, radar, GPS, cheap clothing, an abundance of fuel, "forever stamps", office chairs, lots and lots and lots of housing sub divisions and everything in them.

It looks like it would need proper insulation , possibly a new roof , electrical, plumbing, central Heating and Air installed to all rooms, walls moved to make it into 2 units instead of currently the four it has, kitchen and bathrooms installed, painted on the outside ect .

Prices are pretty reasonable, rents tend to be pretty good, and the Air Force base tends to ensure a decent future for that part of town.
