@Michael Diggle www.beamortgagebroker.com will discount the pre licensing education for you help you through the process and then even referr you to brokers in your area that are hiring so that you can start originating once you are licensed.

In my free time, I dabble in trading stocks and do my best at educating myself on my new found desire of REI (via audiobooks, and blogs, etc). 

New investor looking to educate myself in ways to get started with low capital.

If anyone who knows their stuff and could help me out with a few starting points on what I should be focusing on educating myself about what sort of property I should be beginning with, any sort of licenses/certifications I would need, etc.

I think I need to educate myself on QuickBooks more, honestly - the reason I haven't been using it is because there's too much of it I don't understand, but I know it'll be best for my accountant.

I have been in the field (construction/building) for almost 14 years npw and havr been contemplating jumping in to real estate.My business partner Shawn, is a classically educated guy, also in his early 30's.
