So I feel comfortable around the real estate and building/remodeling game, but am learning the foreclosure market/process.I did go witness a trustee sale last week and will try and go this week as well, actually walking through looking at a couple of properties and seeing what I might be willing to pay....maybe it will give me a feel for working through the numbers and seeing where the crowd actually values the property vs. myself.Anyway...would like to hook up with anyone in the Springs area sometime that might be willing to talk shop.Thanks!

He has blessed us with a head start in the real Estate game and I am looking to take advantage of the blessing and add to it.  

It was initially supposed to be a buy and hold (rental) but after going over the rehab estimate due to some extremely unfortunate and unforeseen issues, it will be a straight flip.The beginning of this journey definitely hasn't been all fun and games though.

I'm new in the game.

I never signed the lease because it was never move in ready, none of the things were taken care of, and I immediately caught on to the games.

How long could you stay in the game if you repeated this again?  

How do you plmake money in this game?

I do require money down so they have "skin in the game".

I assembled land for big commercial developers so I know this game pretty good.
