He is one of the most knowledgeable  , honest high integrity people you will ever meet, also happens to be a real nice guy. 

In fact, he takes the first look at the MLS and picks out the good ones for himself first - that's his business model and it works for him.Mark, however, has integrity and as such he is not likely to take your business in the first place.  

And, I completely agree with David about integrity.

If you do all you need a bank which integrates the checks for online payment. 

There are cheaper bluetooth compatible tracking tools available than Automatic, but the integration with IFTT is what makes it worth the extra money for me.

Now the city may be back pedaling on their agreement, and I am debating selling the whole site and doing our project in Lake County, or selling portions for others to integrate into the overall project if we proceed on this site.

Just remember that you will not be able to integrate with other software or apps. 

Take away our ability to manage material logistics, and we get dangerously close to a full system breakdown.So the problem is - One: The investor wants to manage a process which I would call an integral part of our core competency. (99/100 times, he will not be very good at it... and certainly will not ever be as good at it as we are)Therefore - I am less profitable because I'm not supplying the materials, AND because I'm losing control over a major critical path process.
