I also only offer M2M leases, which makes it easier for me to terminate any agreements for any reason (or no reason).In the future (and maybe you did this), I find it helpful to lurk on social media platforms to see what kind of pets are showing up there before I accept any funds for the hold.

So we're have heard many stories, good and bad.I think the best advice is that, if you are not going to self-manage then you want a document in place that clearly spells out the expectations, just as you would with your tenants.You also want to be sure you have a way to login to the software platform being used so that you can easily see any prequalifications, applications, tenant screenings, maintenance requests, charges, payments and notifications sent to your tenants.
