Hi @Tony WooldridgeA couple years ago, we were in the same boat here in Wenatchee.  

The appreciation is great here, but we want a better place to relax.We are planning to rent an Air BnB place & explore a bit by boat.  

@Malcolm Lawson Yes, I'm going back to the boat school, but this time as a graduate. 

I'm in the same boat, I own my primary residence and am looking to move into small multi family on my next deal. hopefully we will be able to help each other out through that process!

Investing and saving for the purchase price of the boat is one thing, but we will also require that passive income to keep us afloat long term.  

We recently began renting our boat out on AIRbnb for over night stays and its been working quite nicely. 

I have the same boat with you about thinking increasing the rent.

I have hard data that I can analyze into categories for expenses like fuel costs, boat expenses, food, etc 3.

Don't confuse success by riding the wave that lifts all boats w/your SF rentals and confuse that w/expertise.  

Louis was extra valuable when river boats were the primary mode of transport; the train made Dallas and Denver possible; but the proliferation of automobile ownership after the Second World War changed everything.
