It is a very easy process, and the city is very helpful.

You can find some decent deals in Lawrence I just helped a customer close on a SFH last week.

At least this next potential home is only a single story so I cant fall as far. 

But might help others avoid this pitfall…when a mortgage is transferred between banks, I’m learning they don’t record a lien release with the county. 

They should have a process for this that will likely involve probate.

Definitely not my most helpful post haha but I am sure you will make a decision that is best for you!

If i can invest it and make a significant better return after tax than paying it down I would do that but in this instance you will never be able to achieve returns that match credit card debt.

The upstairs furnace is from 1982 according to the home inspector, this is the one that will need to be replaced. 

There's not a ton of information about this topic so i'm just curious on how investors are running their comps on their small multifamily investments.
